Fibroblast Plasma Skin Tightening
Non-Surgical Lifting Procedure - A Holistic Approach
Young, elastic skin depends on the number of structural proteins, such as collagen and elastin. These proteins help your skin resist temporary changes like stretching, folding or wrinkling.
As we age, our bodies produce less of these structural proteins, making our skin more prone to show signs of aging, including age spots, fine lines and wrinkles.
A mild, superficial, controlled burn by using Plasma or Lasers induces a skin tightening effect. This helps the skin restore more of its natural elasticity rebuilding the lost collagen & elastin.
What is Fibroblast Plasma Skin Tightening
During the plasma skin tightening procedure, a tiny plasma flash, also referred to as an electrical arc, is being discharged from the fibroblast handpick.
The tool itself never touches the skin; the flash forms between the tip of the pen and the skin, creating a tiny dot/carbon crust.
Through a process called sublimation-turning, a solid turns directly into gas to tighten skin tissue instantly.
This tissue retraction and tightening give results comparable to invasive surgery without the cost and downtime.
A local anesthetic is applied for about 30-45 minutes to minimize any discomfort.
Treats a number of imperfections with a high degree of precision without cutting into the skin.
No scalpel, no stitches, no bandages, no blood and minimal downtime.
Effects are immediately noticeable. Full results become visible after 2-8 weeks.
Healing & Side Effects
There may be a mild burning sensation immediately after the procedure. This will resolve in a short period of time.
Swelling will occur and be significant around sensitive areas, such as the eyes.
Some weeping may occur; this is rare.
Carbon crusts (a tiny superficial dot) will form directly on the skin as part of the normal healing process. It may take up to a week to disappear.
DO NOT pick the area. This could lead to scarring. DO NOT become exposed to direct sun. This could lead to hyperpigmentation.
Sweat, steam and a sauna could irritate the area until completely healed.
How Many Treatments Are Needed?
Typically, two treatments provide exceptional results.
In some cases, only one treatment may be sufficient, especially with lighter corrections. Many treatments depend on the size of the area and the clients desired degree of correction.
If additional treatment(s) are required, those should be scheduled in 6-8 week intervals.
Fraxel Laser: $1,800 - $2,500
Upper Blepharoplasty: $3,000 - $5,000
